Since 1997, our unique 14-day trial period has allowed thousands of schools to try before they buy. We have content in over 80% of UK schools, so the good news is that the trial works!
Your 14-day trial allows you to evaluate the Birchfield Content before you decide to purchase or return the software.
Your software will arrive on DVD. We will enclose a pro-forma invoice for your convenience. This allows you to process the invoice if you decide to keep the software, but is no way an obligation to purchase.
If you decide to return the software, our only requirement is that you return the DVD(s) and associated paperwork within 7 days following the expiry of your 14-day period.
Returns policy
Software on trial
You may return any product that you have received on a 14-day trial provided it is within 7 days of the expiry of your trial period. To do so, please return the software to the following address:

Activated and Trial Expired software
We cannot accept any returns for software that has been activated or has been retained by the school for more than 21 days.
