Delivery policy
Upon placement of an order, we aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 business days. If goods are out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order to UK addresses. Applicable postage rates for other countries will be displayed on the shopping basket page.
If you order products on a 14-day trial, the delivery charge is payable only if you subsequently keep and pay for the goods.
In the event of non-delivery of an order, we will not be able to investigate until 21 days from the dispatch date.
