Birchfield's VLE Content & Games (Content)
Content will be issued to you on trial on a DVD, you can export and upload any resource to your VLE during your trial period only. You are not entitled to use trial content as part of your teaching. It is solely for teacher review. At the end of your trial period, this content will not display in your VLE. However, the files will remain and should be removed from your system following review if you decide not to purchase. You also need to return the Content and all associated paperwork to cancel your order.
Fully Licensed Content
Content which has been purchased can be activated and exported as fully licensed content to your VLE for use by teachers and students at the purchasing school only. Your software will be activated remotely. All Birchfield software (including without limitation all embedded photographs, animation, cartoons, audio, video, text, interactive tasks and "applets") and other related materials (including without limitation all manuals, programmes, packaging and documentation) (the "Property") is protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of England and Wales and all applicable international treaty provisions and laws. All such Property is owned solely by Birchfield Interactive Ltd and is Copyright © 1997-2011 Birchfield Interactive Ltd. All rights are reserved by Birchfield Interactive Ltd including the rights in all registered and unregistered trademarks used in connection with the Property. The Property must only be used strictly in accordance with any instructions provided with it or embedded within it. Use of the Property for any other purpose is expressly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. The Property may not otherwise be copied or redistributed for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Birchfield Interactive Ltd.
