Birchfield Mobile Licence
Birchfield Mobile Curriculum Content (Content) arrives on DVD-ROM. Inserting the DVD will generate an access code to view any of the mobile content for the duration of your 14-day trial on your mobile devices. If you decide to keep the Content we will issue you with a key that will allow you to export the files from the DVD to a password protected location on your web server. You are not permitted to teach with the resources during your trial period. It is solely for teacher review. If you decide not to purchase you must return the Content DVD and all associated paperwork. At no point are you permitted to upload the Content to a public web server or any server that is accessible to any person who is not a teacher or pupil at your establishment.
Fully Licensed Content
Content which has been purchased can be activated used by teachers and students at the purchasing school only. Includes remote access for any pupil attending, and teacher employed, at the school. All Birchfield software (including without limitation all embedded photographs, animation, cartoons, audio, video, text, interactive tasks and "applets") and other related materials (including without limitation all manuals, programmes, packaging and documentation) (the "Property") is protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of England and Wales and all applicable international treaty provisions and laws. All such Property is owned solely by Birchfield Interactive Ltd and is Copyright © 1997-2011 Birchfield Interactive Ltd. All rights are reserved by Birchfield Interactive Ltd including the rights in all registered and unregistered trademarks used in connection with the Property. The Property must only be used strictly in accordance with any instructions provided with it or embedded within it. Use of the Property for any other purpose is expressly prohibited and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. The Property may not otherwise be copied or redistributed for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Birchfield Interactive Ltd.
