Lost passwords
If you have checked your own records and cannot find your Birchfield passwords or activation codes, please contact our administrative department on freephone 0800 9156616. To aid the retrieval of your codes, please have your school postcode and invoice number to hand when you call.
Please note, the retrieval of codes for any product title purchased 2 or more years ago can take a considerable amount of time. Hence, we reserve the right to impose an administrative charge of £30 on any password or activation code request if you cannot provide an appropriate invoice number at the time of your call.
